Director: Dr. Randy Frye

Adjunct Instructor of Health Care Administration: Michael Burgmeier
Adjunct Instructor in Business Communication: Robert Griffin

The Master of Business Administration program prepares students to manage profit and non-profit organizations by providing them with an opportunity to develop their management knowledge and skills in areas such as economic analysis, managerial accounting, organizational theory, human relations, communications, quantitative analysis, finance, marketing, and strategic management. Students will learn to think critically, express themselves clearly, and make decisions with confidence. They will also explore the ethical dilemmas that face managers every day, and learn to act with responsibility and compassion.

In today’s professional market, the MBA is the favored degree for those seeking administrative careers in many fields: business, government, health care, and the rapidly growing not-for-profit sector. Individuals also seek the MBA degree so they can develop their own small businesses or embark on teaching or consulting careers. In short, the MBA is an important part of a general management education.

The Saint Francis MBA schedule has been designed to meet the special needs of its students. The program is offered on a part-time basis, and classes are held in the evening and online to accommodate the demands of work and family.
