The Master of Human Resource Management program offers a practitioner focused, career oriented education emphasizing the professional body of knowledge defined by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the certification affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). The curriculum, therefore, bridges the gap between theory and practice in providing both a rigorous and relevant education in human resource management to students established in HR careers, and to those seeking to become established in an HR career.

To earn the Master in Human Resource Management degree (MHRM), students must follow the prescribed curriculum upon entering the program.

Students may begin in any semester at any location, including online; however, students are encouraged to start in the fall semester. The nine required courses, together with two electives, complete the 33 semester-hour program.

Degree Requirements

The program of study for a Saint Francis University MHRM degree consists of 33 credit hours. Students must maintain a grade average of 3.0 or better throughout the program. Students have five years to complete the program.

Admission

Saint Francis University is selective in its admission of students to the Master of Human Resource Management program. Students must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
