CHEM 204 - Organic and Biological Chemistry II(4 credits)
For medical technologists and biology majors in secondary education, with emphasis on biological rather than physical applications. Theories of organic molecular structures and react ion mechanisms in relationship to biologically important substances and metabolic pathways. Three lecture-recitation periods and one four-hour laboratory.Prerequisite: CHEM 102 . CHEM 203 is a prerequisite for Chemistry 204.Chem 203/204 is offered as needed.
