CHEM 321 - Physical Chemistry I (4 credits) Thermodynamics, equilibrium, theory of solutions, and a mathematical treatment of kinetic molecular theory. Three lecture-recitation periods and one four-hour laboratory. Prerequisites: PHYS 105 or PHYS 122 , MATH 122 , and either CHEM 222 or ENGR 201 . CHEM321 should be taken before CHEM 322 but exceptions may be granted with instructor’s permission.
