Developing an understanding of different approaches to mass communications research. A theoretical and practical course requiring students to demonstrate not only an understanding of quantitative and qualitative methodological approaches, but also the ability to employ different research approaches. COMM 100, COMM 101, and COMM 102. Minimum junior level status. Fall, as needed.
