CPSC 345 - Database Management

Students analyze techniques for organizing, storing, and retrieving large amounts of related data. Conceptual analysis as well as practical applications on computers are presented. Emphasis is placed on management control practices concerning security, privacy, integrity, and the maintenance of the data. Prerequisites: CPSC 121 or MIS 110 or ENGR 210 or another programming course with permission of the instructor. Fall.
