CPSC 420 - Programming Languages

(3 credits)
Introduction to the fundamental concepts of programming language design and implementation. Multiple modern programming languages are compared and contrasted with one another in this course. A point of emphasis is letting students see popular up-and-coming languages and how different they can be from one another. There will be quite a bit of programming required. Prerequisite(s): CPSC 221 . Spring, even years.
