Two recitation periods and one two-hour laboratory. A hands-on introduction to topics fundamental to Information Technology such as virtualization technology; the basics of Computer Architecture with an emphasis on memory and how it is used, Operating Systems, with a particular emphasis on Linux, and networking concepts.
