DOL 810 - Organizational Strategy and Innovation

This course provides a hands-on approach to identify and apply the elements of the environment, politics and change, organizational control, culture and the psychological dimensions that shape innovative strategies in any organization. Students will use coursework from the Organizational Development and Innovation Theory and Practices courses to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations in meeting changing stakeholder expectations and global competitive pressures. Students will focus on how leaders can link theory and research with actual practice. Spring.
