PHIL 317 - Philosophy of Law (3 credits)
An analysis of the philosophical dimensions of law, especially the nature of legal validity and the relationship between law and morality. The course will have a special focus on the natural law theory of jurisprudence. Prerequisite: PHIL 105 or PHIL 110 . As needed.
