PHIL 219 - Education Ethics

An examination of how moral theory applies to the specialized duties of educators, with a special focus on the application of natural law to the practice of teaching and educational administration. Topics include justice in the classroom, the meaning and purpose of education, and the unique responsibilities of educators. Prerequisite(s): PHIL 105 or PHIL 110. Fall.
