PA 101 - PA Freshman Seminar

This course is designed to introduce freshman interested in physician assistant sciences to the physician assistant profession. Topics will include investigating the role of the physician assistant in various practice settings, developing an understanding of the functions of other members of the healthcare team, familiarization with medical information literacy, and introducing core medical content, diagnostic modalities, and therapeutic principles. This course is a face-to-face course and will be team-taught. Fall.
