OT 515 - Managerial Concepts in Occupational Therapy

The principles of management in the provision of occupational therapy are considered in depth, including the principles of organizing, planning, directing, controlling, budgeting and communicating services. A variety of systems and models are examined in relation to the marketing and delivery of occupational therapy services, including medical, community, education, and social models. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all Summer I and Fall I coursework. Spring.
