OT 518 - Scholarship & Evidence-Based Practice II

This course engages the student in concepts used in qualitative and quantitative research methodology as used in the occupational therapy profession. Specifically, the student applies principles of evidenced-based practice investigation, critiques and demonstrates a foundational knowledge of research methodology, engages in beginning-level data analysis and interpretation, and is introduced to the process of presentation and publication of quantitative research projects. Lab included. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all Summer I and Fall I coursework. Spring.
