EXPH 305 - Exercise Physiology

(3 credits)

An overview of the effects of exercise on the neuromuscular system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system, and metabolism. Students will learn how exercise training can impact the body down to the cellular level to develop a strong understanding about physiology. Lecture and Laboratory. Prerequisite: Satisfactory completion EXPH 101, or permission from the instructor. Prerequisite or Co-requisite: EXPH 101 or equivalent, or permission from the instructor. Fall and Spring.
