NURS 433 - Nursing Care of Adults III

(4 credits)

This course will focus on the restorative care of clients including critical and trauma care, and the treatment of unstable patients requiring specialized treatment. Prioritization and management of care, and interprofessional communication and collaboration will be emphasized. The course will enable students to apply best practices in making effective clinical judgements and provide compassionate and safe patient-centered nursing care that contributes to high quality outcomes.
