Students will examine leadership theories, organizational behavior, and strategic management concepts tailored to the nursing profession. Emphasis will be placed on developing leadership competencies, communication strategies, and decision-making skills necessary for leading teams, fostering a proactive approach to quality improvement, and navigating the dynamic healthcare environment.
