Program Description:
The Fine Arts Minor is available to accepted students of all majors. The program begins with an introductory approach in which students examine the role of various art forms in contemporary society through discussion and experiential learning. Students then choose a focus area consisting of elective courses in music, theatre, or visual arts. The program culminates with an interdisciplinary examination of various art forms from performer, spectator, consumer, historical, social, educational, societal, and other perspectives.
