BIOL 213 - Vertebrate Physiology (4 credits) A study of the life processes that allow for function. Emphasis on structure and functional relationships, energy consumption and use, information flow, and homeostatic mechanisms. Includes systemic coverage of endocrine, nervous, muscular, cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, urinary, digestive, and reproductive systems. Lecture and laboratory. Prerequisite(s): Satisfactory completion BIOL 111 lecture and lab. Spring.
