PCT 103 - Safety and Infection Control 

(2 credits)
This course introduces the student to infection and hazard control procedures necessary for the healthcare worker. Topics include introduction Practical Infection Control, Sterilization and Monitoring, Chemical Disinfectants, Aseptic Technique, Infectious diseases, and applicable laws/OSHA standards.
