NURS 327 - Obstetric and Reproductive Nursing Care

(4 credits)
This course will focus on the specialized knowledge and skills required for nursing care in the maternal/child population and reproductive care. The course integrates family-centered care, reproductive health, and the significance of support systems. Along with the application of clinical judgement in evidence-based practice, students will develop the skills to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and education, emphasizing the unique needs of both parents and newborns.   Prerequisites: NURS 322 , NURS 323 , NURS 324 , NURS 325    Spring
