PHYA 505 - Ethical Issues in Practice

(2 credits)
Offers topics to stimulate discussion on contemporary societal and medical ethics and their interrelation. Cases to be presented may include, decision not to treat, privacy and confidentially, the allocation of scarce medical resources, underserved populations, ethical consults and impaired practitioners.
