OT 501 - Occupational Therapy IV (15 credits) The purpose of this course is two-fold: 1)to prepare students for Level II Fieldwork and 2) to provide structured, practical learning experiences by working closely with a Registered Occupational Therapist. Students will be provided with direct opportunities to refine evaluation and treatment techniques with patients engaged in functional living occupations that are appropriate for their respective cognitive, psychosocial and physical stage of development. In concert with the Level II Fieldwork, students will also implement the “Solutions” portion of their Scholarly Project. Fall Semester Year Two of Professional Phase
