Program Description:
Data analytics is a process of inspecting, analyzing, and modeling data with the goal of discovering useful information, forming predictions, and making decisions accordingly. Different techniques of data analytics have been used in business, science, social science, and other fields. Our concentration focuses on techniques that utilize statistical modeling and making predictions using computers.
Student Learning Outcomes:
• Demonstrate knowledge of data analytics;
• Demonstrate the ability to apply Mathematics and logical reasoning to problem solving including problems in other fields;
• Read and communicate Mathematics with understanding and clarity.
