Program Description 

The Associate of Science in General Studies is a flexible and versatile program that allows students to complete general education requirements while developing critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills. This degree provides students with knowledge across multiple disciplines and equips them to customize the curriculum by selecting one of three tracks, specifically, business, healthcare, or STEM. Upon completion of the Associate of Science in General Studies, students may enter the workforce and/or transfer into a bachelor’s degree.

  • Outcome A: Develop research, quantitative, and analytical abilities.

Ethics (3 credits)**


** Students are required to complete a course in philosophy and ethics. At least one of these courses must be at the 200-level or above. Before enrolling in a 200-level course or higher in one discipline, students must first complete a 100-level course in the other discipline.
